We had the pleasure of photographing the stunning wedding of Erin and Gareth recently at The Bridge Hotel and Spa in Wetherby.

The venue was first class to hold a wedding, with lots of space inside and outside for guests to roam.

We first met with Erin in the morning and captured some of her getting ready along with her bridal party. While Hollie stayed with Erin I went to go find Gareth and took several photos of him with his best man.

The ceremony was beautiful, and you could clearly see how much this couple mean to each other. There was a slight hiccup during the exchanging of the rings, as Gareth dropped the ring right between the slats of the gazebo! Luckily everyone rallied around and managed to pull the ring back out.

We aim to be non-posed wedding photographers and just prefer to leave the couple to enjoy their day, but on this rare occasion the bride and groom were really patient as we captured several photos of them together. The speeches were quite frankly hilarious, and as a wedding photographer you have to be professional, but when something is funny…it’s funny, and we couldn’t help but laugh!

It was an incredible day, and we loved capturing as many moments as we could of this beautiful wedding.

Erin and Gareth are two of the nicest people we have met on our travels, thank you for choosing us and all the very best to you both!
