LAZAAT WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

I had the honour of being the Hull wedding photographer for the big day of Megan and Thomas, held at Lazaat, Cottingham.

Megan and Thomas booked me way back in 2019, with us first meeting in 2020 during one of the easing of lockdown periods. For Megan and Thomas they had to change their date, much like many other couples during these covid days. Thankfully the big day finally went ahead, and what a day it was!

It’s fair to say that the wedding of Megan and Thomas is one of the more emotional weddings that I have photographed in 12 years. From start to finish there were tears. From the relief of getting married to thoughts of loved ones past.

It was such a privilege to be a part of this wedding. Megan and Thomas are a wonderful couple and made me feel more like a guest than a wedding photographer. They literally couldn’t have done more for me, and for that I am so grateful. It really did feel like we had all known each other for years.

To Megan and Thomas, thank you so much once again for choosing me to be your Yorkshire Wedding Photographer. It’s been a real journey to your big day, and I am thankful I was part of it.

It’s been a challenge to keep the blog up to date, especially right now in the peak of the wedding season, but the wedding of Megan and Thomas was so wonderful I had to write about it.
