FOUNTAINS ABBEY WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

Documentary Wedding Photographer  |  Yorkshire Wedding Photographer  |  Hull Wedding Photographer

We had the privilege of photographing the wonderful wedding of Sarah and Andrew recently, and for this wedding we had several amazing venues to visit!

As photographers you dream about these type of locations and venues for weddings, and here we were absolutely blown away with what was in front of us for the day.

Our day started at the beautiful Cave Castle in South Cave for some quick bridal prep, and then it was a hustle to make it to the wonderful St Lawrence Church in Ripon. From the church it was a two mile drive to Fountains Abbey. The Abbey is Britain’s largest monastic ruin, and part of the reception was held here. We also had the chance to head over to the ruins to take some bride and groom portraits.

For the next part of the day we all head over to Fir Tree Stud in Howden, which had a marquee setup and surrounded by open fields along with some beautiful horses!

As Yorkshire wedding photographers this was a dream wedding to photograph. The weather was spot on, and every single location was had our creativity flowing. Sarah and Andrew, along with all of their wedding guests were a joy to photograph, with everyone being so friendly and helpful towards us.

A big shout to Kirsty from Grace Films too. It was a real pleasure to work with Kirsty, she’s super friendly and has an amazing creative eye. If you are in need of a videographer we highly recommend Kirsty, her website is: http://www.gracefilms.co.uk

All the very best to Sarah and Andrew, and thank you for giving us the opportunity to photograph your big day!
